We will be closed from Tuesday May 13th - Monday May 19th to move the rest of our inventory from Phoenix to Indiana.
We will change our Indiana address as well. This will be for 2-3 years as we search for land to build a new place. All payments that have been mailed through USPS have been forwarded.

Nappa partner Illinois Pinball is being taken to formal Arbitration after repeatedly breaching their contract with Phoenix Arcade. Arbitration is the vehicle specifically outlined in the partnership agreement as the means to settle all legal disputes.
Problems began as early as the very first month of the contract over 2 years ago. Phoenix Arcade has tried to be the good soldier and carry on while hoping for a turnaround in IPB's breaches. Phoenix Arcade sought a resolution through direct discussions with IPB and failed. Unsuccessful Mediation took place in Chicago in February. A letter offering IPB settlement went unanswered. This leads us no other reasonable choice but to spend a fair amount of money on legal fees and pursue Arbitration on April 30th.
Once the action has been settled by the Abritrator we hope to bring you the full story and dispell the rumors that have run rampant for months. Then we can begin to bring you the highest quality parts at fair prices again.

Many of you have been asking us to design our own version of Multigame artwork for a long time. It is now available for purchase for cocktails. Upright designs are in the works.
We call this Multigame art CLASSICADE.
We hope you like the brighter, bolder design with many more characters than our competition. Our underlay is 33% THICKER than our competition too. Less chance of cracking and warping.
